Our rebate program sounds simple... and it is! When you use WTP to represent you as a Buyer in a real estate transaction, WTP will contribute back to you up to 1.5% of the sale price upon the successful completion of your escrow.

For example, on a $300,000 home purchase, you could receive a rebate of $4,500 at the close of escrow! That money can be applied toward closing costs to greatly reduce the amount of money required to get you into that dream home!
This rebate program allows homebuyers to receive a rebate of up to 1.5% when they close an escrow where WTP has acted as their sole and exclusive agent in the purchase of real estate.*
How Does the WTP Rebate Program work?
For any home sale with a final sales price (excluding closing costs) of $100,000 or more, where WTP has acted as their sole and exclusive agent in the purchase of real estate, WTP will rebate to the buyer 1/3 (one third) of the cooperating broker commission or fee (up to 1.0% of the final sales price) paid to WTP at the at the successful settlement/completion of escrow.
For any home sale with a final sales price (excluding closing costs) of less than $100,000 where WTP has acted as their sole and exclusive agent in the purchase of real estate, WTP will rebate to the buyer a flat rate of $500. |
